Punchcut is looking for a Business Development Coordinator who will work closely with the Growth Leader on agency new business development initiatives, including organization of the sales function, sales automation, sales outreach, and execution of successful proposals and other sales materials. We’re looking for a highly-organized team player, interested in a career in sales, client services, and/or project/program management, and who has a keen eye for new growth opportunities and a passion for sleuthing out market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive inbound new client requests and effectively track new business opportunities
  • Support day-to-day tasks of the Sales/Growth Team

COMPENSATION:

Punchcut is looking for a front-end developer to build attractive and functional Wordpress pages for Punchcut’s public-facing website. You will be responsible mostly in front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates. We’re looking for a capable frontend developer with a good eye for aesthetics and strong content management skills. This is a remote friendly contract role that will work with our team regularly on an ongoing basis in a time-sensitive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with internal stakeholders to discuss website design and function.
  • Designing and building the website front-end.
  • Creating and maintaining the website architecture, following best practices and optimization principles.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

  • Troubleshooting content issues.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

Product Strategist

Punchcut is looking for a Product Strategist to remotely join our team. You’ll be an extended member of our talent network to serve as a consultant supplementing our internal capabilities as we scale. You’re a master of prioritizing client needs and product features, and partnering with product development teams via meticulous documentation and proactive management and communication. You have at least 5 to 7 years of relevant product management, and you feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative creative-agency environment. The ideal candidate would be an independent product manager that we could work with on projects from time to time over the next 1-3 years, however, may be a contract-to-hire option based on client demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Product Strategist will provide business strategy, product strategy, and hands-on product development experience to Punchcut and client design teams, and help us exceed client expectations.

  • Help develop product and service strategies for our clients as part of our broader team
  • Assess market competition, landscape, differentiators and unique selling points
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
  • Recommend / facilitate determination of product scope, feature set and MVP drivers
  • Provide overall product development and feature-level direction to project teams
  • Recommend go-to market product launch plans, including strategic product roadmaps

  • Proficiency developing and documenting product roadmaps, user stories, product requirements, etc.
  • Ability to independently identify and resolve product development issues
  • Maintains up-to-date market and technical knowledge, including competitive/comparative analysis

Punchcut is looking for a 3D Motion Designer to remotely join our team on a 60 – 90 day contract with the potential to extend or hire. Our designers have a strong understanding of user-centered design and are comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with other designers in a fast-paced studio environment. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience working on 3D motion graphics, Cinema 4D experience and a superb reel that showcases their best work. Bonus points for experience with Unity or working on VR/AR applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead 3D Motion Designer on client projects
  • Model, texture, and animate assets in Cinema 4D that will export to Unity
  • Assist and adjust modeling strategies to work based on Unity limitations

You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively.   • Serve as Senior UX Researcher on client projects and help with guiding the work of researchers on your team.
